the spa was nice. the sauna and pool area were relaxing after a day out.
I encountered an overbilling issue at checkout. The hotel charged my card twice for my stay of several days. it took time to resolve the error and secure a refund. i expect better accounting practices from a hotel of this supposed standard.

the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of food each morning , and the team working there seemed cute. the indoor pool provided a nice escape from hot days. the luggage bell staff were also nice and often opened doors .
our room was not ready when we arrived at 1:00 pm and we were not able to check in until 3:30 pm. the check-in process seemed unnecessarily long. our room was not cleaned twice , and evening turndown service was missed once.

the hotel had a good location for exploring outside the city center each day, valet service was also efficient.
i had a few issues. the air conditioning did not work well in the room, it made sleeping difficult. the breakfast buffet was okay but not what i expect from a hotel in this class.
